Our production is organised around two sites.
La Côte Saint André
The historical site of La Côte-Saint-André is dedicated
to the core activity.
All the raw materials are received there and checked before
being put to macerate in alcohol or being put for distillation.
These procedures make it possible to extract the quintessence
of the fruit, spices and plants.
Maceration enables us to extract the aroma and the colour. By
distillation we obtain spirits, giving complementary natural
aromatic notes.
The art of liqueur resides in mastering all these procedures
and their combination to give the products their full complexity
and finesse. |

Ruy
Ideally located at the heart of the Rhone-Alpes region, the Ruy site
ensures product finishing and packaging. It is on this site that the
firms management departments are grouped, in particular the
Research, Development and Quality Unit. Thanks to this organisation,
Cherry Rocher offers its customers an inexhaustible source of flavours,
and a perfect master of quality.
