    The Marc brandies
   
         
  The marc de Bourgogne brandy is produced from red grapes without their stalks, according to the controlled appellation.
The Réserve du Cardinal is distilled using a steam-heated alambic distilling flask and mainly develops aromas of hazelnuts and lime blossom.
The marc du Bugey brandy, produced mainly from white grapes, has a vanilla woody flavour.
The marc de Savoie brandy, distilled from red Gamay, Pinot and Mondeuse grapes is rustic and highly aromatic.
