    Génalpy
Absinthe grows at an altitude of between 2400 and 3500 meters. Harvested in summer and dried in the good mountain air, this plant from the mountain summits is then put to macerate slowly, then distilled.

Génalpy is prepared according to the most traditional recipes in order to preserve the full natural aroma of the plant.

Yellow Génalpy : the taste of absinthe combined with verbena and artemisia.

Green Génalpy : 65 plants form, with absinthe, a strong, intense bouquet.

This traditional liqueur of the Alps is a delicious digestive.
