is obtained by maceration and distillation of plants and spices
(caraway, juniper, etc.).
According to the legend, a mysterious person, named Werder,
was the original distiller whose imagination was enflamed by
a fairy with emerald eyes.
Today the coppery patina of our alambics still brings out the
magic of the plants. |
