Our Gentian brandy is proof of a rare quality, the precious roots are taken out by fork then fermented and distilled in our copper stills in accordance with ancestral process. 15 kilos of roots collected are needed to make only one litre of alcohol.
Basis for aromatic compostion, spirit application, pastry, chocolate, ice cream.
Can be used to flavor gentian crème brulée.
