This cherry liqueur has been made in the Isère region of France since 1705. Six different varieties of cherries and sour cherries (Montmorency, Morello, etc.) are carefully selected then placed in barrels at the very heart of the Dauphiné province in France. They develop their aromatic bouquet in the tranquillity of our three hundred year old cellars.
As an aperitif: pure on the rocks or in desserts.
May also be served as an after-dinner liqueur.
“The cherrybibi”: a measure of Cherry Brandy, two measures of rum and a slice of lime.
Perfect as a coulis drizzled over fromage blanc.
