Our authentic Vermouth Rosso recipe is based on herbs maceration, especially absinthe, artemisia, and other bitter and tonic plant species like thyme, lavander, casse, etc… in a fine white wine carefully selected. The plants as much as the roots, flowers and spices are the key to flavor it and make it a unique product.
