Aperitif: a measure of crème de griotte for four measures of white wine, crémant (sparkling wine) or champagne.
“Gourmandise” cocktail: a measure of crème de griotte, a measure of vodka and a measure of orange juice.
Serve with a Cherry Rocher Morello cherry in eau-de-vie.
