Our crème de cassis is made from a blend of blackcurrant infusion and blackcurrants in alcohol. It effuses highly-typical fruity notes and unfurls a rich, creamy texture and intense, harmonious flavours on the palate.
It is generally served as an aperitif with white wine or with champagne but may also be used in various culinary preparations. The naturalness of the fruit accords wonderfully with chocolate and sweet flavours or may be added when salting foodstuffs.
Aperitif: a measure of cocktail for four measures of white wine, crémant (sparkling wine) or champagne.
“The ririkou” cocktail: a measure of crème de cassis, a measure of vodka and a measure of gin tonic.
For desserts, it may be used as a coulis drizzled over lemon ice cream.
